VŠECHNY LEKCE ZDE
It’s a Matter of Time
While most of these literal alien worlds are massive planets either as large or even bigger than the planet Jupiter, which is eleven times greater than the size of Earth, the most recent planet dis-covered just a few weeks ago is not much larger than Earth, and according to Astronomers, it also has water on it!
The presence of water is vital to the theoretical existence of any extraterrestrial life which might be there, according to Exobiologists, scientists who theorize about how life might exist elsewhere in the universe. Exobiologists also assist in helping identify areas in space that astronomers should probe with their measuring instruments in order to help locate extra solar planets and signs of alien life.
An Infinite Universe
The photo on the right is truly amazing. It was taken by the Hubble Telescope, and shows only a single degree out of 360 degrees of space. In other words, this amazing view of the universe as shown by Hubble is actually very small, just one degree of sky.
However, when we are talking about the universe, a single degree it practically in-finity. As this image taken by Hubble proves, there is a lot of material in space, trillions of stars in fact. In this single image alone, there are at least 10,000 galaxies shown here, out of a total of one billion known galaxies. Each galaxy has an average of 200,000,000 stars in it. If you do the math, that is multiply these numbers together, you can calculate this actual quantity of stars yourself. It is enormous.
Naturally, many of these stars also have planets. Within five years, science predicts they’ll find life.
