Inside a U.S. Court Trial - Part 3

  • 10
After Kurtis survived the gunshot wound to his temple, the problem now became accountability and liability. Whenever police shoot a person, in any transparent western democracy, they must have a legal reason for doing so.

Tried to "run them over"
Oregon Deputy Jim Geiger claims that he "slipped and fell in the mud," and because the car was racing towards them "to run them over," they opened fire. While this is a nice story, physics indicates differently.

Forensics PROVE Otherwise
The first problem in this case occurred when the police refused to remove the bullet from Kurtis’ head. This is very unusual. Most people have bullets removed from their bodies, especially when they are still alive, for obvious reasons.

According to their doctor, it would "kill him" if it were removed. On the other hand, if the bullet remained in his head, which it DID for six months, this would also kill him.

At the request the victim’s family, a neutral medical expert was consulted. He was sure that the bullet could be removed. It was then extracted.

"Immaculate mud slip"
Despite the fact that the ground was wet and muddy, so slippery that Geiger claims it caused him to slip and fall in the mud, this amazing officer managed to somehow get up off the ground without a single trace of mud or dirt on his entire uniform!

Of course, this is NOT possible in the real world. As Geiger was later told, this means he managed to outdo even Jesus Christ, who is rumored to merely have walked on water.

The individual who made this comment to Geiger was Kal Korff, who sent Geiger formerly classified photos from the autopsy of President John F. Kennedy’s head shot, which he had used to help solve that murder and was featured on CNN’s Larry King Live! for doing so.

Next, Geiger wrote threatening emails, promising to take the law into his own hands, which is illegal.

At this point Sheriff Gil Gilbertson stepped in and ordered his deputy to behave himself.

In the U.S. justice system, contacting victims involved in a court case outside the jurisdiction of the court is NOT allowed.

Since that time, Attorney Mary Landers has secured several independent forensic tests. These tests PROVE that the "version" of events as stated by police, is FALSE.

To make matters worse, a relative, of Geiger’s "secured" the crime scene after it was left unguarded for more than 24 hours!

This blatant conflict of interest is against American laws, and so is leaving a crime scene unsecured.

In a few weeks this case goes to trial, and after that Josephine County is expected to "settle" for damages for the wrongful shooting of a person who was NOT involved in the home invasion crime at all.

Thanks to Attorney Mary Landers and the ethics of Sheriff Gil Gilbertson, justice is finally being served.

. Jokes of the Day: Blondes

1. Q: WHY are blonde jokes so short?

A: So brunettes can "remember" them.

2. Why did God create blondes?

A: Because sheep cannot be trained to bring their husbands or boyfriends beer from the fridge.

3. Q: Why did God create brunettes?

A: Because blondes can’t be trained to do this either.

4. Q: How many blondes does it take to play the game of tag?

A: Just one, of course.

5. Did you hear about the blonde who found out that 90% of all accidents happen in one’s home?

A: She quickly moved out the next day.
