Some Plays on Words - 1

Every language allows you to either make or engage in what are called "plays on words." Plays on words are when you have a sentence or statement which sounds either funny or ironic or very unusual, by making use of the same words in more than one way.

Road to Hana

Maui's road to Hana has over 600 curves, there are sections where it's pretty windy. Other sections are pretty windy. Yet other sections are both, windy and windy. I always forget but if I had to guess I'd say that the first section is windy and the second is windy. Or is it the other way around? Does anybody know for sure??
