There is only ONE rule to remember when posting messages for everyone else to read: always be civil and polite! Try to behave towards people like you would want them to behave towards you.

The web address is: kalskorner.expresdenik.cz.

Now that the Kal’s Korner Online Web site is finally on the Internet with new content being added each day, here are some answers to many of the questions that you have been asking about it.

Q: "There seems to be a lot going on with your English page right now. Is the focus of it still OK?"

A: Yes! In fact, “the problem” is that we are way too busy and a bit too successful. We keep growing faster than we thought we needed to, and more and more people are contacting us to become our partners.

Since we wish to work with as many people as possible to try and do some great things together, this has been a very big challenge.

During these past few weeks, we have overseen the building of the new web site, set some key computing architecture principles in motion; agreed on entire sections of content, and we also keep adding new partners.

We are also working on a summit meeting for schools so we can work with them to try and help, and most importantly, the task now begins to populate this web site with great content. We must empower people to do this, it is an effort that must involve lots of people.

As we grow and expand, we are going to have some “growing pains” as they say. It is inevitable, but what counts is moving in the right direction, and doing the right things.

Q: "You have said many times that past issues of Kal’s Korner will be online. Where are they?"

A: Past issues of Kal’s Korner are now online here and exclusively at iDnes. Just go to www.idnes.cz and type in either Kal’s Korner or “Korff” in the search field and you’ll be able to see them. The web address is: http://zpravy.idnes.cz/studium.aspx?klic=89016&o=0.

While this web address is not exactly the easiest to remember, if you go to the Kal’s Korner Online web site and click on the Archives button on the Home Page, it will take you to this same place.

This means that different editions of Kal’s Korner now appear each day.

Q: "Is there a place where we can actually chat or TALK to you online or have a conversation?"

A: Yes, starting THIS week! Just go to the Kal’s Korner Online remote and press the “Discuss” button. There’s a forum area where you can choose different subjects.

Please note that this is the ONLY online forum that I participate in, unless by special arrangement.
