If a person is "red in the face" then this means they are either mad or are embarrassed. It all depends on why the person is red. Examples:

"He face got all red when he realized that his underwear was showing" or "My parents were red with anger when I did not come home on time."

Blue
The word blue is often used in English to communicate the idea that something is sad, or that you might not be feeling or doing well. Example:

"He was in a really blue mood, his girlfriend left him."

Green
The word green is used for several things: it can refer to grass, money, being jealous, being new or inexperienced at something or it can also refer to something that is friendly to the environment and does not damage or pollute it. Examples:

"More computer companies are becoming green and are building their products without toxic materials" or "I’m going to go borrow some green from my friend so I can pay my rent this month" or "He is green with envy, he is so jealous of her boyfriend."

Black and White
When something is "black" this means that it is either illegal, not clear at all, or it could be a secret, as in a black budget used by a government or agency or company.

In this same way, the word "white" means just the opposite. White symbolizes good, pure, clean or transparency.

If something is "black and white" it is also called binary, which can mean that the answer is either yes or no, true or false, right or wrong, or innocent or guilty or on or off.
