In observing Pavlína, it is obvious that she has excellent taste in colors and in color coordinating things. Not only do all the colors she uses compliment each other very nicely, but they are on the "cheery side" and help promote a relaxing atmosphere. Being in Pavlína’s house, one gets the feeling that one can relax. It does not feel "heavy" or "somber" and it is spacious and not overdone.
Dining Room and Living Room
The first major modification Pavlína says she made to her home was to the living room and dining room.
Knocking out a wall, these two rooms became a larger, single one, which still serves the same functions.
To the left is Pavlína’s kitchen, and past it also on the left side is her dining room. On the right side is the family part of this large room, which has a flat screen TV, several maps on the wall, a couch, etc.
Two Bathrooms - "Very Important"
After you leave Pavlína’s large family room, you go out into a central hallway where you can easily access the rest of her house and of course, Pavlína’s two bathrooms. "The second bathroom is important," Pavlína said, as she smiled and started to laugh. In a family of four, yes, having two bathrooms is most convenient, especially when there’s two boys, and one husband. Pavlína intends to put a small sauna in her first bathroom, sometime over the new few months.
