More Breitenwinner Caves - Part 2

During World War II, the Germans had a Stalag, number 383, which was located near Breitenwinner in the gorgeous region of southern Bavaria.

VŠECHNY LEKCE ZDE

Danny Bowen’s secret expedition down into a nearby cave, where he and his two friends confirmed the existence of the remains of dozens, if not hundreds of human beings, has most likely found victims from this former POW camp who were American and British. Some, may have also been Jews or Slavs.

Right now, the hunt is on by Metropolitni Expres, working with historian Patrick Cooke in the United States, Canadian broadcaster Mr. Rob McConnell, and of course Danny, the brave young man who retrieved a bone from Breitenwinner Cave, in order to try and answer these questions and learn more.

Human Bones
When Danny and his two friends were down inside the cave, they retrieved a single bone and brought it back as hard evidence of their discovery. It has since been identified as the upper arm bone of a human being. In other words, the bones down in Breitwinner Cave belong to humans, not animals.

Unfortunate position
At present, no one knows the identity of the people whose remains were secretly stashed inside the cave, most likely by the Nazis.

Unfortunately, the site today is on a military training base for NATO, so access to it is severely limited.

Equally unfortunate is the fact that in all of these years, now more than SIXTY -- no one seems to have "cared enough” about this until Danny Bowen stepped forward.

As a consequence, Metropolitni Expres is now in the process of working with the appropriate Czech, German and American authorities to discover as much as possible, and we will give you exclusive imagery and information as it develops.
