Inside a REAL Court Case

  • 10
Our exclusive "insider view" shows you real imagery from a trial. Unbelievably, right after this shooting, Geiger’s FATHER was called in "to secure" the evidence at the crime scene! This was a blatant, automatic conflict of interest, a real legal liability.

Not surprisingly, this crime scene "evidence" collapsed at the trial. Let’s review a short summary:

1. Mud tracks from the tires did NOT indicate that the car "suddenly accelerated quickly." The prosecution could NOT prove they did.

2. There was a bloody handprint on the emergency hand brake which had been pulled to stop the car. Police deliberately failed to lift this fingerprint, which would have proved the direction of force which had been used. Instead, police only photographed it, rendering it useless as "evidence" to either side.

3. Kurtis’ fingerprints were NOT found on the steering wheel cover of the car. The reason is simple, he never was fully behind the wheel of this vehicle, and he never had control. Ergo, he could NOT have "suddenly accelerated" to try and hit Deputy Geiger and "kill him."

4. Bullet casings were found on top of ALL of the police officer’s footprints at the scene! This is undeniable evidence that the shells were moved from their original locations!

5. A shell casing was found inside, on the front seat of the car! If Deputy Geiger really shot Kurtis from five meters away as he claims, HOW did the shell from his Glock .40 calibre pistol, which only ejects them two meters at most according to ballistic experts, then "magically" travel all that distance against the wind, reverse direction in the air and next work its way down inside the car to land on the front seat? See photo on right.

In a moment which rocked the trial, attorney Mary Landers argued that her forensic tests and 3D computer drawings proved that Johnson really shot Kurtis, and not Geiger! Geiger finally admitted under oath at the trial that he "did not know" who had really shot the victim. The DA lost.

. Jokes: More Bushisms

Based on reader’s emails, ya’ll can’t seem ta get enuf of those Bushisms, so here’s s’more:

1. "We ended the rule of one of history’s worst tyrants, and in so doing, we not only freed the American people, we made our own people more secure."

2. "I want to thank the dozens of welfare to work stories, the actual examples of people who made the firm and solemn commitment to work hard to embetter themselves."

3. "And so, in my State of the, my State of the Union, or state, my speech to the nation, whatever you want to call it; speech to the nation, I asked Americans to give 4,000 years, 4,000 hours over the next, the rest of your life, of service to America. That’s what I asked for, 4,000 hours."
