Bubble, Bubbling Over

The word "bubble" has several meanings in English. Let’s explore them. The first definition of this word has to do with a physical form, a geometric shape that is usually a sphere, and it contains some sort of gas such as air.

I'm assuming you mean pasta ... otherwise I really have no idea what you're saying.

Even as such, pasta "rises" to the top or "floats" to the top of the pot.

Where in hell are you buying pasta that "bubbles" to the top? You should stick to Italian made pasta ... that Czech stuff sounds a bit odd.  :-/
