Buzz, The Buzz, Buzzer 2

The word buzz has several meanings in the English language. Let’s review a few more of them for today’s column. When someone says "What’s the buzz?" or "What’s the latest buzz?" this means that they are asking what the latest news, gossip or developments are.

To že ....

.... "Kozí mléko je mnohem zdravější než kravské", o tom jsem již někde četl. I tu krásnou kozu jsem již někde viděl. Zapomenul jsem ale kde.:-)

What's next, church buzzers?

I remember how Mike Tyson used to punch his opponents after the buzzer. ..... But I forget now, did he bite a chunk of Evander Holyfield's ear off before the buzzer, at the buzzer or after the buzzer?  .... I even forget if there WAS a buzzer in those days, or if they still called it a bell.  ;-D
